It is really high time that on 25-10-08 the delivery of the courier was done through POD no. 196803778. The courier was dispatched from shimla and the arrival was at Dehradun. The non delivery of the same has taken five day. Inspite of calling many times at the phine nos inscribed on the receipt form no one is picking the same. Plz look into it otherwise we would be constarint to file the consumer case for providing deficient services to the customers.
