Non activation of Post paid account

Hi,

My vodafone no. is : 09953002869 (Delhi NCR area). I have registered for conversion of my Prepaid no. to post paid no, and thereafter had subscribed to the plan. The Home Address verification person visited at non-scheduled date and time. Deviation from the set schedule is the fault of Vodafone employee.

The Vodafone refuses to help in this case, and I need the no. to be made Post paid ASAP, as their promised 72 hrs has lapsed quite long ago.
