Non-delivery

Dear Sir,

I had placed an order after receiving an offer accompanying my Citibank Auto Card, for the above mentioned product on 16th of September through a telephone call and I was instantly given an order No. 000039838 and was told by the Lady who took the order that the product would be delivered positively by four weeks. Today is 4th of November and the product is yet to arrive. I make repeated telephone calls which are never attended. I think the company is a totally dubious one. My STD bills are going up.

I appealed to them through e-mail to cancel the order which was ignored. I don't know what to do. I learnt through internet that the Company is known for duping people this way.
