we bought a new vehicle maruti versa which was booked on nov last week under 70, 000 discount scheme.we took the delivery on 1 st week of jan due to sentimental reasons.the vehicle was booked from popular vehicles limited annanagar, chennai, tamilnadu.we chose to buy the car from popular because of very gud experience i had when i bought a wagon -r in 2005.this time the sales person who handled us was sathya priya.we were taken for a very bad ride till we got the car in our hand, she really tested our patience.she couldnt keep her word from day one.there is so much that list is never ending.i tell u this was my worst experience.we never had the happiness or pleasure of buying a new car instead it was a big pressure until we got the car.detals of the car chasis num-119415, invoice num-4692 dated 30-11-08.we finally got the car on 03-01-09 & was given in a very poor condition, not cleaned, wheel was not allingned properly.after a week i took the car for wheel allignment to the service station at vadapalani on 11-01-09.they made me wait for 5 hrs and told me that wheel allignment machine is not working.i am reaally fed up with thier attitude.i kindly request u to take necessary action so that other cust r benefitted.
