Stops to working within warranty period

I have purchesed polaroid camera 7.0MP from reliance fresh Bharuch Gujarat on feb it was having warranty perod of one year but it stopped to working after 3 months, i return it for its repairing to Reliance fresh, almost 3 months over they are not giving proper responce, they are telling that i have to talk to polaroid camera people, they can not do anything..
