I had placed an order for 1 veg pizza and cheese garlic bread on 8 mar 09 at 840pm at the number 39883988. The order was taken with assurance of delivery time at 920pm (40 minutes). We started to follow up for the order from 930pm and were only being informed that the order is dispatched and will be delivered in next 5-10 minutes only to realize much later that the dispatch information was absolutely incorrect. In other words they were lying.

In frustation, at 945pm I asked for the manager on duty when I called 39883988 and the call was hung up on me and this happened twice. I finally, at 950-9555pm, had to use stern words when I was first told that the delay is due to technical error and therafter this was changed to lack of staff. Further there was complete apathy shown despite the long delay.

The calls made to 39883988 with attempts to speak to the manager were not only futile but also treated in an insulting manner when the phone was disconnected abruptly on three occassions. I had to finally call the panchpakadi branch of pizza hut and talk to the manager there to bring this apathy, carelessness, callousness shown my Pizza Hut.

If pizza hut does not have staff, can deliver cold pizza's, shows apathy to customers, then should not be in business of food stuff anymore.
