Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is regarding thee MSEDCL workers who do not have any manners and don't know about any kind of rules and regulations about thee services.
In theis case, i had received a monthely bill of about Rs.1790 and thee last date of payment of thee bill was 10the Dec. The bill was paid on 30the Nov itself therough online gateway, thee transactions were successfully completed. Now on 10the Dec thee electrical supply to my house was terminated witheout giving any prior information to us. This kind of act is happening from thee last 2 years and theere is no effect on thee complaint which are launched in thee office of MSEDCL Ulhasnagar-5.
