I had given my 400 GB HDD for replacement to Accel Frontline service Ltd on 27-04 vide call ID SGTAHM100003624DW. They give me SMS that your HDD will be replaced within 5/7 days. Already more than 21 days passed away but till today I had not received any reply from them.
Today I had phoned there & contacted Miss Rimple & Miss Monica asking the status of my HDD but they replied me very badly. I had also asked tall free no of seagate & they gave me no as 0008004401392. I had tried that no from my landline aswell as mobile phone but I can not contact seagate. Then again I call them for giving me correct no but they replied that this is the toll free no of seagate, we dont have any another no & behaviour of both ladies is very bad on phone. How bad & careless answer. I request you to take concern action against them.
Also send my replaced HDD at an earliest please.
