Money deduction

Dear sir/ madam

i am a user of aircel sim.

without my permission, company has activate one non sense service (friend zone) to my number and deducted 35rs.(THIRTY FIVE) from my balance.

so i kindly request you to please take action against aircel to return my balance.

yesterday also i have complain to this matter regarded but company did not respond or replied. and this is third time they have deducted money from my balance.

so please help me to returm my balance.
