I recently ported my number from Airtel to Aircel as I had Heard that it has Better ISD plans. So after porting, I called the Customer Care (121) and asked for details of best ISD call plans for Oman. The representative Assisted me with a plan worth 18/- in which call rate to Uae would drop down to Rs4.99/min. I agreed and activated it. After the confirmation message, I made a call to Muscat and the call duration was around 6~7 mins. But the call cost was Rs65. I called the Call center at 198 and tried to file a complaint regarding it. But the reply was very annoying as the representative told me that I had activated the wrong pack and the information provided to me was wrong. When I asked for refund, he said that it was my mistake and suddenly the Call disconnected strangely (that is weird because it has never happened to me till now).
Can you please help me regarding the further steps. I am cheated of Rs30
