Unauthorised deduction from aircel

I m using aircel for three years it was going well. But since this week unusual deduction from my aircel account. customer care is so worst that they not provided exact reason.. So far 80 Rupees (45 35) twice deducted huge deduction in my ac. Next time, I cant even recharge in fear to get amount deduction. Pls help me in this case.
