I wanted to change from prepaid to post paid in aircel. Once the form was filled and money collected, there was no shift of my connection from pre paid to post paid. I called many times and each person in the customer care is passing the buck. It is frustrating and ridiculous. Such a poor mamangement of a big company! Dont know what kind of work ethics these people have. It is 4 days now and everyday without the slightest of remorse, these people say that it will be done in the next few hours. Shame on them
