I requested for gprs connection thru sms and got rply back that i will get connection within 48 hrs, bt merely it crossed more than a month i hve not yet get the connection. The same thing happened to the mms service. I dnt knw what kinda service they are providing and also i beleive this complaint wld do smethng mre than the cs
