Sim Lost

Hi,

I have lost my Aircel sim in my Car on 21st October.so i called to the aircel customer care to block the sim .and the executive name: Avishek Singh behaved with me very rudely and he have not lodge my compliant .i requested him many time that if anything wrong will happen with my no than who will tke the responsibility.than he hanged the phone... so i requested kindly look into my matter.
