I bought a prepaid Aircel SIM card and submitted its documents immediately. The connection was working fine for 3 months when suddenly I received a notice of deactivation and was done the following day.

On asking Customer Care about the problem, the person said that there was some fault in my documents and immediately disconnected. This was the case, every time i called up. I finally found out that there were no documents for that number. My friend working at Aircel informed me that it could become a Police Case as its impossible for the connection to be active for 3 months without documents.

This has become a plague in the city and many people are complaining about it. Please ensure an immediate inquiry is done into the matter. People are loosing money as Aircel doesn't refund SIM card money and the only safe option is to throw it away.
