Aircel - Lakshmi Enterprises, Coimbatore

Sir,

I have paid for prepaid to postpaid conversion for my wife on 1st July to Lakshmi Enterprises, Coimbatore. They are one of the Agent for Aircel Limited in Coimbatore.

Till today the connection has not activated. When I ask for the status, everyday they are telling the same reason that, it is in some others name and they are solving it and it will get it done in the next day.

I am in a very critical position and not even a single call from them about the status till today.

This creates a very very bad name to Aircel. I don't know how many customers are suffering like this with these people.

Kindly let me know how to proceed.
