Dear sir,

i used aircell's postpaid phone number.but i would not like aircell's postpaid services.because aircell's postpaid connections & billing area's services is very poor & not satisfaction.then i decided convert to my postpaid connection into prepaid connection.but aircell company says, its not possible to change the plan to my company.but in india other companies (airtel, vodafone, etc., )also avail this postpaid into prepaid convertions.only aircell does not it.i feel very sad.in india particularly in tamilnadu many peoples faced the same problem.aircell act wrong side to human being rights.kindly clear the problem & say a good solutions..my mobile no is 9842839428
