Want to take action against servieces issue

Dear sir,

I am using mobile connection phone no 9716868821 from last 2 months. from starting onwards they are not able to give good services. Whenever I called up to there customer care i have to wait for 30-45 minute.

My issue is that whenever i register my compliant they told me that it will get resolve within 72 hrs whereas they didn’t able to resolve. I registered one compliant on 18 august which is not yet resolved and today when i called in there call center after noting down my compliant no. they said our system is on updating then I told him please transfer this line to any of your senior he said our systems are updating and call after 30-40 minutes

I want to take action against them.
