I am a costumer of AIRCELL mobile. i never subscribe or requested for any value added services on on my mobile but company automatically started hello tune on my mobile and deducted 30 Rs. from my balance. I lodged a complaint to costumer care and after 1 week i get back my deducted balance. But 2 week earlier it happen again with me. This time company automatically started news alert which i never requested. I again lodged complaint to costumer care. But this problem is never solved and after 2 or 3 days of news alert they started another service of daily jokes and deducted amount from my balance. 2 or 3 days before they again started hello tune without my request. I lodged complain again and again with every services which i not needed never requested and paying for that. But still their is no solution for that services. I called customer are to talk any higher authority but he or she never picked phone.
