My name is Pritam P. Bhagat, I purchased the AIRCEL Mob postpaid connection on 1st Oct (Mob No - 9768115055) & paid Rs.500 as a deposit, but still after 5 days it is not started, I called to Aircel Customer Care but they are also unable to help me, they just diverted me to the AIRCEL outlet, from where I purchased this bullshit card, I don’t know why they are sitting in Call center if they want to just diverting the customer to AIRCEL outlet, they are working like telephone operator.

I called malad AIRCEL outlet also but, I have not get any proper response from them, I don’t know what to do? I cant visit Malad outlet because I am out of Town for 5 days, I think other Mobile companies are better then the AIRCEL because they are giving better services.
