Aircel prepaid
Changin call rates without any information

I am using an aircel prepaid card. I used RC135 (rate cutter) but suddenly i found one day that the call rates were increased. When i aske the same to customer care they said in a cool fashion that they have incresed the rates for all Rate Cutters... but no prior intimation.. Atlast the customer is fool as per all mobile operators
