Aircel Pre-paid connection
Disconnect without any information

I brought a aircel prepaid connection from aircel store gurgaon, i have submitted all the importent identification proof documents at the time of purchase of sim. but after 1.5 month the compeny diconnect my No. and costumer care executive said the documents may be misplaced so submit again. the shop is 25 km from my house how i can go and what are responsiblities of people serving there . i am suffering, i have Rs-132 in that sim
