No service/no ability to escalate

I took prepaid connection of my number on about April 4th. It is now May 1st and STILL NO CONNECTION. All incoming and outgoing is BARREd.

I submitted my application and ID proofs and electric bill and gas bill TWICE. The second time these were submitted to Mr. Gaurav Sahai of Aircell office in Galleria Shopping Center, Gurgaon which is their permanent branch office. Still no results.

I have called their useless customer care 121, registered complaints. but very poor quality people are handling their business calls. Manager Ms Poonam Goel said she will activate within 18 hours on April 28th. But still no result.

I can never reach their managers or anyone.

I want money back. Whom to address? There is no law in India for help to consumer. God Help us idiot customers who fall into such traps with such big corporates.
