No network at all

Before purchasing the Aircel Sim card, the executives in Aircel galaries said that they have a very strong network in Mumbai.

I purchase Aircel Start-up Kit on 6th June & was activated on 7th June with an no. 9768254083. I am using a latest mobile. The day I inserted the sim card, I found NO NETWORK.

After complaining several times, they sent 2 executives with some equipments & they also claimed that there is NO Network in my area.

Till now I have asked Aircel & even the Nodal Officers Bhakti Salve & Madan Bajpai & received that they will put a site in my area. But they are denying to say WHEN THEY WILL PUT THE SITE?

I requested Aircel, to deactivate the service & pay me the balance money along with the Registration charges. But I am not getting a single reply from them.

I cant even call customer care, due to NO NETWORK. My mobile is like a PC without INTERNET.

WHAT TO DO NOW???
