Stopped Outgoing Calls without pre information

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken a SIM Of AIRCEL Mob No 9768476496 and submitted residential proof, but after some days it has been stopped my out going calls without pre information. I have to suffer due to its blunder. I have resubmitted doc. & waited 1 week but my out goings have not started. Lastly I complained Costumer Care. Comp. No is 623198060 time- 09 Aug 14:08. Now it is telling that you have to wait till 15th.

Please help me in this regards by taking suitable action.
