Last day i got a sms from aircel . the message was about an option to change the network logo... to change the logo type: mylogofont sizenew logo and send to specified service number.. sms cost 3 rs and service is free .. lot of my friends send message as they want to change logo in to their lovers name, in my friends circle the number is more than 20 . but later nothing happened other than we lost 3 rs each .. and when we inquired customer care they told what they meant by font size is the number of alphabets in new logo not the font size what we all know (the size of font used.. as commonly used term in microsoft office and all other softwares) its really same as cheating customer .. what we have to do ..?? can we register complaint in consumer court ..?? i am sure that thousand of people may have lost their money .. instead of " font size " it should be written " no of albhabets " .. i thinku got what is meant my network logo .. its same as displaying aritel or idea on ur mobile corresponding to ur network connection.
