This is in reference to the Loan No.: 4380CD00003242 and the instalment was due on the dated 05-Aug, I was maintaining the sufficient balance in my bank account on dated 24-Aug i got the call from your office that my cheque has been bounced due to insufficient funds in my bank account which is not true even then your executive had approached me for the payment and i had made the same. The receipt of the payment made and the copy of the passbook is enclosed for your reference. Please look into this and clarify the reason for the un-necessary harassment.
