Dear Respected Reader,
This is to inform you that I am suffering a great deal from an electronic shop from whom I bought my air cooler from. Initially they gave me a half broken cooler which means the fan of it was not working then when I called them up after 3days they repaired it. I got my cooler on 3rd April with a 6month warranty and now that the water motor is not working when I called them up sometimes they say that the worker is not there or else they say they cant identify my house. I even told them if they can arrange me an electrician and I am ready to pay off but last but not the least they do not answer my phone call. I stay here at Delhi alone and my working hours are very long it is not physically not possible for me to go and get it done by myself.
I hope you will reply me and help me out in this ASAP
