Flight of 16th July cancelled from Aizol to Kolkata, But I didnot get the refund

Dear Sir,

Air Deccan cancelled the Flight on 16th July from aizol to Kolkata. I requested to refund my money but the officials at Aizol declared to return the money to agent. Now one and half month has already passed. My agent says it is very difficult to take money back from Air deccan.

Sir, this was my first fligh through Air deccan. My inlaws are angry that why I had not booked tyhe ticket through reliable Indian Airlines?

But I know that you are renouned person believing in customer oriented Quality service, and I am sure that immediately I will get my refund back and chance to opt for Airdeccan in future.
