I took an airtel pospaid no. 9000755510 on 1st sept and used it till 7th september.
on 8 th sept i went to airtel store in hyderabad to disconnect my no. and clear the dues but the said that there is software updation from 5th sept to 10th sept so i couldnt do do.
i left hyderabad on 9th sept and came to delhi permanently and since then i am trying to contact airtel but they are not reverting back regarding it.
i sent 15 emails to airtel but till date i havent received any calls regarding discoonection but today i received a call from hyderabad saying i should pay Rs 1652 instead of my bill of Rs 652 for 3 months.
i was harassed by that executive badly.
i want to pay my bill of Rs 652 and i have no surity that they will take any action.
i request you to take desired action
