Did not send cab I registered for and are not returning the money

I booked a cab to Bangalore International Airport on 18th of Aug for my journey on 19th of Aug, i.e. the next day through www.airliftonline.com. I made the payment and got a confirmation email with the payment details and pickup point mentioned in it. When i reached the spot the next day, I did not find any cab there so I called up on the airlift online helpline number. The person there said that they did not receive my payment therefore they cant send the cab but my bank statement clearly shows that the amount was successfully transfered to their account and as an aknowledgement, I also got a confirmation email. Even after an argument that lasted for around 30 mins, they did not send the cab. This caused me a lot of mental trauma and incovenience.

After a few days, I called them up and asked for refund of the cab charges but they said that they did not receive any payment so there is not question of refund. I called ICICI bank also to confirm the status of the payment and they said that the payment was successfully made without any problems.
