I purchased above mobile no with RSN no RECRSC018339985 and gave all ID proofs at your out let in Faridabad. This sim worked worked for 2 days and after that did not worked. I lodged a complaint and was given to understand that it will take 48 hours to activate and I am really surprised that in this fast times do the customers have to wait 48 hours for just activation while as your compitators take just 4 hours dot for the activation. secondly your customer care are too slow to act and your customer care no most of the times are busy and not accessable. we really get purturbed. we really feel if we took wrong step by purchasing your services. please be noted that if the above sim does not get activated by monday ie 22 sept evening I will be forced to go to consumer cell.
