Dear Sir,

I had recharged Rs.197 for airtel to airtel free calls of 1000 minutes yesterday, but I got only 500 minutes instead of 1000 minutes, I do not know why airtel doing like this. If it declares any scheme or stops any scheme, they should send a sms to all the airtel customers so that everybody can aware about the new scheme. Why airtel cheating to the customers?

But airtel is not doing this, I do not know how I will get 500 minutes back. Please help me.
