Vexed with Airtel service - Number activation regarding

Hi,

I went to the retailer (wavetel, west mambalam) & asked regarding the 2nd proof submission, but he said he has submitted the proof already to the Airtel. How many times the Airtel wants a customer to submit the proofs?

I can very well go & submit the proof to Airtel once again but I dont want to do that. I have already submitted the PROPER proofs.

I also have 2 airtel numbers 9840325702 & 9789922035, other than this number 9840700819.

The proof I submitted is my driving license for all the 3 numbers.

I have called the customer care 5 times. I have also recorded the conversation. I have mailed the customer care twice but no proper response. My question is what happened to the proofs I submitted earlier???

Airtel customer service is very poor that on saturday after speaking to them for 1 hr or so, they said they will raise complaint against the wavetel retailer (WEST MAMBALAM) West Mambalam

But when I contacted the customer care yesterday & today they said, there was not complaint raised but only calls were made to the customer care.

If you need customers to submit the forms in Airtel showroom then why do you give the numbers to the Wavetel outlets or any other retailer? Its a double work for the customer now. Even then I have submitted the proofs 2 times.

We cant waste our time roaming 3-4 times to retail centers or the airtel showrooms.

How many times you want us to submit the proof?

Do you ppl think we are just sitting in the home simply. Irrespective of office hours I have contacted the wavetel center in person 4 times & airtel customer care 5 times.

If I didnt get any proper response still as you have mailed below, the action will be very serious. If you give me the money back I can very well go to the other subscribers which would be trouble free for me.

Its a complete mental harassment, I am getting very vexed with this service from Airtel & Wavetel.

If they don t respond or make arrangements for your connections Let me know so that I can forward this mail to Dr. Jai Menon Director Technology and Customer Service of Airtel. and see his response.

You can also raise this complain to the media and expose the poor service of Airtel. I have given few journal mail ids to whom you can forward the mail.

I have already submitted my proof to the retailer twice. If I need to fill submit the forms again in the Airtel showroom then why you give the numbers to the retailer It happened for me to submit twice or thrice the same proof for my other numbers also (9840325702 9789922035 - Currently in use).

For the above said numbers I have done the same. I you people are not capable of collecting the proofs from the retailer in appropriate time then what is the reason to give the numbers to them.

Its a double work for me to submit the forms again in the Airtel showroom. You people are doing %%% customer services. Instead come to a standard where the customer feels satisfactory.

Send any person to the address below to collect the same. I can t go here there looking for the Airtel showroom to submit the forms. If this is not going to happen then I will disconnect all my connections with %__ Airtel.

Also I will file a case in the consumer court against you for troubling me because of which I am affected alot. I have already stated the reason to the customer care executive.

For all the 3 numbers I have given the same address my driving licence as the proof. Without address proof I can t get the connection right Then that means I have submitted my proof which is true you people simply troubling the customers to roam around here there. You will definitely pay for it. I have my cousin running a business where he have nearly 40 connections even for that the service is very poor. You will be loosing all the connections very soon.

These things will be circulated to all the people across. Let them know the service what you do.
