Airtel customer care is pathetic! The process are not so in place and as a result interacting with the cutsomer care can be mentally and emotionally draining!
for one problem 8 different people call you asking you for the same information. They note down wrong information in their database, wrong phone numbers and if they say they give you appointment for today in their database they would update it for tomorrow!
Disgusted totally!!..
They goof up even the smallest of the requests and then you end up calling them up following up with them like a hundred times.
Nobody takes ownership and keeps transfering calls saying it is not the concerned departments.
Please improve your processes and make your customer's life simple.
IMPATIENCE IS THE NEW LIFE...??? YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU MIGHT RUN OUT OF YOUR IMPATIENT CUSTOMERS LIKE ME!! BEWARE...
