Certain shop keepers are charging more than m.r.p on prepaid recharge/top up coupons.
e.g. on a Rs 10 top up they are charging Rs 12.
they also respond arrogantly after asking them to charge us according to the m.r.p
on the prepaid recharge coupens it is clearly mentioned that all taxes are been included.
