Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that, I am using Airtel Prepaid with a MDN (9956310865) for the last 3 year's (Dehli & Kanpur) Respectively, & i was always satisfied with the plan's & service offered by Airtel but at present i am facing a problem which was a realy unknown to me. I got my cell recharge by with a tariff worth Rs 298 on 25-04, after few day's i asked a retailer to recharge my cell with Rs 7 SMS tariff voucher on 11/05 due to which, my previous tariff was DEACTIVATED.

Sir, I belong to a Middle Class Family & this is a really problem for me to recharge my cell again. Infact i am agree to suffer with a loss of Rs 7.So please activate me prvious Tariff of Call's instead of SMS tariff which is to much costly for me.

I will be very greatfull to you get my problem solved as earlier as it is possible.i hoping a kind & positive reply from you.
