Not getting Refund of Security Deposit towards Channel Partnership

Dear Sir,

I had become a channel partner for providing postpaid mobile Airtel connections at Amravati (Maharashtra) I had deposited Rs. 25, 000/- towards Security Deposit with M/S Bharti Sanchar Ltd.in 2004. I had closed my business link in 2006 and since then regularly requesting for the Refund of my Rs. 25, 000. I have submitted many application at Your Nagpur Regional Office and have been requesting on phone. But NO Responsr.

Could you help me get my Security Deposit back?
