My mobile no. is 9892734535. i had beeb using prepaid since 8 years, i got a call from airtel telemarketing & agreed to move onto billing. they came to me & took photocopy of necessary documents. they told me that it will be activated before 36 hours. but even after 3 days it is not activated. my prepaid connection is not working.
i spoke in call centre & they said to contact the person who took the documents. i donot have his number or address. i donot understand why my prepaid connection is deactivated as i did not sign on any documents & also i have life time incoming free scheme.
i cannot receive call or cannot call to my clients & facing lots of problems. i want airtel to take action against person who is responsible for all this.
