Unethical and ineffecient service

I have BB8820 past 10months and this handset is giving me problem since begining. no one at call center is skilled to help for technical support. Inspite of the top BB model in India, services are too poor.

Now my handset touchboll is not working past three days, I visited Service center at Shoprix Mall, Noida but guys seems to be just for name sake they know nothing about the product, features etc. Its total waste to visit such stores.

he told me that he would send this BB to Bangalore office and would take minimum 10working days to get repaire/replaced etc.

If BB dont have people in Metro like Delhi then what is the use to launching such product. How can a person give handset for 10days.

Totally inefficent and worst service of blackberry In India.

I think my nokia was better atleast we have lot of technical guys around to help.
