To Whom It May Concern
I hereby register a complaint against the Airtel Board brand connection. I have applied for a Airtel broadband connection on 2nd March on 3rd March two officials from Airtel collected my documents, they charged me an advance fee of Rs 500 (for the modem) in this regard, my customer enrollment form number is 1525088. I have been informed that the board brand connection will be provided to me within 48 hrs (at max), excluding the week off on Sunday. Now it is almost 48 hrs (1 hr left), nobody from Airtel is bothered to inform me about it. I didn't get a single call during this time. Out of frustration when I decided to call the person, who collected my documents on 03/04/09, (some Jagmohen Ph# 09953004402) has provided me a new number. When I called this new person (some Barun ph # 09871293852), again I got a lousy response that I will get a call back within half an hour from the time I called him, when I didn't get a call back as promised I decided to call back a get a response that it will take some days and the person hang up the phone while the conversation was on.
With utter dissatisfaction I have decided to raise this complain. Airtel is a so called great company; it invests million of dollars advertisements, to show us about its great service and customer care. I guess rather than investing so much money in those false advertisements, it should invest some thousand rupees to improve its poor services.
