Worst aftersales service

I have been using airtel services from last 8 years and was really satisfied with the quality services airtel had, untill recently where i have been chasing airtel customer care dept from last 3 weeks for activation of my braodband connection and a change of plan.

In oct08 i was out on business trip for a month, so had discontinued my Broadband line for a month after speaking to airtel customer care on condition that i will switch back original plan after i come back to city.

I came back on 01_Dec 08 and since then i have been following up with airtel (nearly 15 times) for resuming my connection and finally finished all paperworks on 11 Dec08 after many follow up sessions with airtel. I was promiced that my job will be done within 24 hrs but till date not a single call from airtel. Everytime i call up airtell the line keeps shuffling between techical team and customer care for hours with no solution and only new promices. Had it been BSNL or some other service provider, this kind of service was expected but not from airtel.

My last (10 th or 11th) complaint with airtel was on 16 dec bearing comp no- 14894890

Till date i am not able to use internet at home and planning to switch to some other service provider.
