I was using a Airtel Broadband connection number 01204111584. I was using this for past one and half year there was no delay in payment of bill. I am Engineering Graduate and due to global recession my joining in the company got delayed and I am not in condition to pay any amount due to the current financial crisis due to that I am having a pending amount of around - INR.Firstly Which was wrongly calculated and complaint regarding the same in Customer Care nothing happened now customer care people call me again and again and threat us that they will file a case of fraud against me. I am not in position to repay any bill until I get my joining. But there are indecent call from Airtel they some time say we are calling from court or some Advocate office and uses filthy and threatening language.
