Getting Delayed for installing the connection

Hi,

i have applied for a airtel broadband connection on 30 Dec and given the check on the same date. but the check has been encashed by the company with in 3 days. till now i haven't got the connection. and very poor response from the agent who has taken the application.

Almost 20 days gone, but there is no proper response.
