Diconnect my broadband connection

I just want to disconnect my broadband connection as i'm no longer using the internet... I have already requested your Customer care about it but there is no response from their their side... Had changed my plan also from 799 to 299 but still they have send me the same bill of the plan of 799... So now just wanted to disconnect this as soon as possible...
