Dear sir/madam,
i am ex-stupid customer of airtel broadband. on 14 feb i gave them a application requesting them to discontinue my broadband number and taken from a receiving from them of my application. also on 15 feb i made a request on their customer no.121 and got a request number from them. on 16 feb their representative came and taken all dues upto till date and he said person from company will come and will take off all connection and instruments in that connection but till today i.e. 29 april they have not disconnected my number and are sending bill for that. please help me.
