Wrong billing

I am mukund and i m using airtel broadband service from 28/04. i was told by the airtel agent that in first month billing of the brodband service will not be done. but today i got a bill from airtel of Rs1099 for the period 23/04 to 22/05, which is no doubt wrong billing as i was using the service from 28/04 not 23/04.
