Hi,

Reason for me writing this is only coz i am sick of airtel cust serv. last year i called up to cancel my service as my PC was not working. They offered me a plan for 250 rupees so avoid disconnection and said that i can call back when my PC is repaired and the ser will be on. After couple of months i called up and did it but when i received my bill i was shocked. before suspending my service, I was on an Unlimited plan and when i called up to reactivate the service, I asked for same. They activated my ser but did not change my plan. the result all usage over 250 RS. was charged to my acc, running my bill in thousands. After loads of calls (which by the way I pay for as i do not have a landline phone for airtel) they changed it. But for the current bill cycle they asked me to call once bill is generated as they had no way to know how much i used in current bill cycle (pretty fair0 When i called back they just refused to credit saying I have recd cr in thousands??? I refused to pay the bill and got calls from collections? These people no doubt are very rude and when I ask for a manager they hang up the phone. I have also heard managers here talk rubbish that lets write in the customer's acc that we have tried to help him but he refuses to cooperate. After much fights I finally got some adjustments but let me say that I was paying for all these calls on my cell and the late fees for the disputed bills for months. I asked what about that and the agent told me that i will get a call from her manager. This was on May 21st and today is june 3rd. NO CALLS??? the number of that manager is 9810428194. Hope this complaints reaches some where... If anyone can help me taking this further please do..
