Lack of response & responsibility

Me and my friends had taken up an airtel broadband connection looking at their goodwill in the market. Little did we know, the goodwill was not earned. The connection was promised to us by Airtel in 3 days. They came & installed the broadband connection in 2 days, made the confirmation call but 3 hrs after the confirmation call, the broadband stopped working. As of today, we have made numerous calls to the executive, customer service and technical department but all of them go unanswered or even when they pick up, no one is ready to take the responsibility. the executive says to call technical dept., the technical dept asks to call the customer care & the customer care asks to get back to the executive. There is no one to say that it'll b done. its already been over a week, we still dont have the wifi router or the landline connection and we have paid the installation charges and the charges for the 1st month!!

There wwas 1 person sent to the place twice, he says that he is coming back in 2 mins after repairing the lines but slyly runs away! Is this what is left of AIRTEL??? The service is nil & even if sum1 comes... they RUN AWAY???!!!
