I had complaint about broadband service not available for about 2 weeks as line was dead and i got response saying they will settle that with next month bill. But nothing is adjusted in the bill and when I complained about the same, no action being taken and after 2 months i got legal notice with contact number on it. When I tried to call that number it is not connecting at all. I'm frustrated with irresponsibile service from Airtel and going to discontinue the service from them as they are frauds!
